It is a coffee from one particular area of Colombia, but many individual farms, with coffees assembled by Peter based on his cupping. "La Golondrina" means "the swallow." Nothing to do with not spitting, btw. Look not only for the La Golondrina marque, but the release of micro-lots as well. Word is that there will be some knock-your-sox-off-and-the-soles-of-your-feet-too good shit in those microlots.
